  We needed a hospital bed delivered on short notice and they came through for us! We are so grateful for the clear communication, timely delivery, and setup and instructions provided by our delivery tech, Robert. Thank you for your help and patience during a trying time!

  Had a bit of a struggle with another company who was to deliver a chair day of discharge and was unable to deliver in time. Called this location and they kept one on hand for her knowing we would arrive just before close. We ended up buying a different one that was in store but the service and ease of mind made this store invaluable. Not sure if I will ever need to go again, but if I did I would go gladly as they were such amazing people and so very thoughtful and helpful in our situation. Highly recommend!!!

  Exceptional service. Was in market for a replacement scooter. Rebecca guided me through research on various models and I decided on model that most fit my needs. Model was ordered and delivered to my home in one week by Roderick. He reviewed basic operation and now I am free to cruise the neighborhood and inspect yard. I am in control again thanks to CVI!
